Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout and PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Doclarify does not store card details. Confirming the order creates a payment obligation.
Current physical-product checkout is prepared for delivery within Türkiye. Carrier, shipping charge and the promised delivery period are shown before payment confirmation.
Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery of goods and may also notify withdrawal before delivery.
Withdrawal may be notified in writing or by durable medium to info@doclarify.com. The goods must be returned within the statutory period. The return carrier and procedure are stated in the pre-contract information. If the designated carrier is used, the consumer is not charged return costs. If no return carrier is stated, no return cost is charged to the consumer. If the designated carrier has no branch where the consumer is located, collection is arranged without additional charge.
Being handmade or one-of-a-kind does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Goods clearly made to the consumer’s specifications or personal needs may fall within a statutory exception.
Consumer rights under applicable Turkish consumer law, including applications to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, remain reserved.
