14-day withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery and may also notify withdrawal before delivery.

Return shipping
The return carrier and procedure are stated in the pre-contract information. If the designated carrier is used, the consumer is not charged return costs. If no return carrier is stated, no return cost is charged to the consumer. If the designated carrier has no branch where the consumer is located, collection is arranged without additional charge.

Inspection
Consumers may inspect/use the product during the withdrawal period in accordance with its function, technical characteristics and instructions without losing statutory protection for resulting changes.

Handmade items
Handmade or one-of-a-kind status alone does not cancel the right of withdrawal; customized goods may be subject to a statutory exception.

Refund
Refunds are made within the statutory period, using the applicable payment method and timing rules.

Defects or transport damage
Please contact us with the order number and, where possible, photos. This request does not make the exercise of statutory defect rights conditional on providing photos.
