This notice explains the purposes, collection methods and legal grounds for personal-data processing on doclarify.com.

Identity, contact, account/authentication, address, order/payment-status, cancellation/return/delivery, review, request/complaint, IP/session/device, security/error and cookie/preference data may be processed. Special-category data is not routinely requested for the service.
To operate membership and sign-in; keep accounts and sessions secure; conclude and perform orders; match payment results; manage invoicing, delivery, cancellation/returns and after-sales support; respond to requests; maintain security and error logs; comply with accounting/consumer and other legal duties; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Analytics/marketing technologies are used according to the user’s separate preference/consent where required.
Data is collected electronically through membership, sign-in, account, contact and checkout forms; e-mail communications; Google sign-in; transaction information returned by payment/delivery providers; cookies/local storage; and server/session/security logs, by wholly or partly automated means.
Depending on the processing activity, data is processed under the legal grounds in Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698, including necessity for conclusion/performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/defence of a right, and legitimate interests provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where consent is the applicable ground, it is requested separately from this notice.
Necessary order/transaction data may be shared with PayTR for payment; recipient/address/phone/shipment data with the selected shipping provider for delivery; necessary technical data with hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers; and relevant account/technical data with Google when Google sign-in or consent-based Analytics/Ads features are used. Public authorities receive data only where legally required. When overseas infrastructure such as Google sign-in or consent-based Analytics/Ads is used, an international transfer may occur depending on the technical operation of the service. Any such transfer must satisfy the current conditions under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
Data is kept for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable statutory retention duties. Order/invoice/payment records follow applicable financial/commercial requirements; security/dispute records are retained only as necessary for security and limitation periods. Cookie/storage periods are described in the Cookie Policy.
Subject to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions apply, request notification of such actions to recipients, object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Requests may be submitted in writing to the legal address above, via registered e-mail (KEP) to zafer.olgun@hs01.kep.tr, by secure electronic signature/mobile signature, or from an e-mail address previously registered in the Doclarify system to info@doclarify.com, in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the applicable application procedures. Requests are answered as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature.
