Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the general terms for physical-product distance sales concluded electronically through Doclarify. The order summary and Preliminary Information Form form an integral part of the transaction.

Subject

The agreement concerns the sale, payment and delivery of the product whose characteristics, quantity and price appear in the order summary.

Formation

Before confirming the order, the buyer can review and confirm the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement. The final confirmation step clearly states that the order creates a payment obligation.

Price and payment

Product price, taxes, discounts, shipping and additional charges are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed through PayTR.

Delivery

The seller dispatches the goods to the stated address within the promised period. Risk remains with the seller until delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

Withdrawal and returns

Subject to statutory exceptions, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days from delivery. The return must be made within the statutory period using the notified procedure.

Exceptions

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personal needs and other contracts expressly excluded by law may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Handmade or one-of-a-kind status alone is not an exemption.

Defective goods

Statutory remedies for defective goods under Turkish consumer law remain fully reserved.

Disputes

Applicable consumer-law remedies and competent authorities remain available to the consumer.
